Founded in January 1999, Changzhou Chengfeng Foam Co., Ltd. (WINFUN FOAM) has a registered capital of RMB 36 million. Nearly 20years of development, the company has become a professional manufacturer of Polyurethane Foam/Sponge products, is well known in the PU Foam Industry. With the business growing, Chengfeng set up the wholly-owned subsidiary Changzhou Yongfeng Foam Manufacture Co., Ltd. In 2006, established Zhejiang Jiashan Honggaowang Sponge Co., Ltd. In 2008, Hubei Shifeng Automotive Interior Co., Ltd. In 2015, and Jiangsu Shifeng New Material Co., Ltd. In 2016, totally covers an area of 300, 000m2, with more than 500 employees. We are also the agent of UK ZOTEFOAMS in East China. WINFUN FOAM is headquartered in Changzhou city, Jiangsu province, two hours driving from Shanghai.
WINFUN FOAM manufacturing polyether and polyester foam/sponge which widely used in such sectors as Automotive applications, Medical care industry, Sealing, ink-jet Foam, Filtration, Cleaning, Packaging, Polishing and Grinding, Sound absorption, Insulation, Shock absorption, Sporting goods, Textiles, and Furniture. The company provides variety functions of foam products, including functions of Reticulation, Flame-Retardant, Antistatic, Electric-Conduction, Slow Recovery, High Resilience, and Lamination with other materials.
The company acquired ISO9001: 2008 (GB/T190001-2008) and ISO/TS16949: 2009 certifications, has more than ten patented technologies. Attaching great importance to quality improvement and new product development, WINFUN FOAM imported advanced foaming equipment from German brand Hannecke and various precision cutting equipment from German brands Albrecht Baumer and Fecken-Kirfel. Moreover, a fully automated production line was established to improve work efficiency.
